I’ve been a fan of Sincere Engineer for some time now. Having discovered them during my time in college, I grew deeper into my fandom after the release of their 2023 record Cheap Grills, and I’ve been waiting patiently for the follow-up. Luckily, the follow-up came up with some singles leading to the release of their newest record, Probable Claws.
I had the chance to sit down with Deanna Belos of Sincere Engineer and talk about the album, Riot Fest, puzzles, and their rise through the Chicago punk scene.
