Bulls Fans: Change Will Come When You Stop Going to Games

I’m a loyal Bulls fan and I always will be. However, there comes a point where you need to bring your loyalty into question with the terrible product the front office puts on the floor year after year with no signs of changing.

The Bulls are going on year two of being one of the worst teams in the NBA. They started last year at the very bottom of the power rankings, and now are going on the second year of Head Coach Jim Boylen’s nonsense. The players are unhappy with him and the fans hate him, yet the front office does nothing. With all of this going on, the Bulls are still one of the NBA leaders in attendance.

I’ll always stick with a team when they’re in the middle of a productive rebuild. The Cubs in the early 2010’s is a great example of that. The fans believed in their front office and it was wonderful to see it all come together in 2016. With Gar Forman and John Paxson at the helm of this Bulls organization, there’s no end in sight to the failure. I always see demands to fire these two on Twitter, but they’re still doing their job correctly by bringing in fans. They get fired when the team loses revenue and when nobody wants to watch the job they’ve done to build a team. All Bulls fans need to understand this so we can finally see change for the better for a once respected NBA franchise.
